    🎉🎉🎉🎉MY BABY GIRL GOT MARRIED YESTERDAY TO MY WONDE 🎉🎉🎉🎉MY BABY GIRL GOT MARRIED YESTERDAY TO MY WONDERFUL SON IN LAW!!! I had to put it in all caps because I’m so excited for these two people I love so much !!! They eloped at the gorgeous @burgenstockresort in Switzerland, and we are all over the moon for these two. The only thing getting me through this surgery is knowing this was happening and the thought of lots of grandbabies !!! I love you more than I can say @bryndaylor and @elitravelguy ❤️❤️❤️

I used @oldcountrykitchenware pan and recipe for their cream cheese pound cake with a caramel glaze !!! Check out their page because they’re having a great giveaway today.     Want vs need. 🍰 Right now, I’m giving into all my Want vs need. 🍰 Right now, I’m giving into all my wants. 😀 I filled my freezer with lots of my baked goods knowing I wouldn’t be able to bake for a few weeks after my surgery. Every day I look at my treats, and it’s the only thing keeping me going….that, and all of the wonderful people checking in on me every day. Surgery recovery can be very tough on your mental health. Thank you to everyone who has shown me love during this really hard time. ❤️❤️❤️

    This back surgery recovery is no joke, and I’ve be This back surgery recovery is no joke, and I’ve been really upset about the level of pain I’m in, so for now I can just dream about my baked goods instead of baking for a bit. My chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and mini @reeses eggs are everything you want and need in a cake!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I took my famous monster chip cookie dough and layered in all sorts of goodies, then topped them with @cadburyusa candy coated chocolate eggs and made them into bars. No wonder the hospital staff is happy to see me coming 😛😏
    As promised…here’s THE most delicious cookie butte As promised…here’s THE most delicious cookie butter, cream cheese pound cake recipe you’ll ever taste!! You can eat it as is, or with the luxurious cream cheese buttercream I created! Just keep an eye on the time in the oven!! Everyone’s oven is a little different 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎1 , 8oz room temp cream cheese
3 sticks, softened unsalted butter
2.5 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
6 eggs at room temperature 
2 T vanilla bean paste
3 and 1/3 cups cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

Blend sugars, butter and cream cheese for about 3-4 minutes in the bowl of your stand mixer.
Add in vanilla bean paste, eggs one at a time and flour. Once all combined, add biscoff cookies. Do not over mix!!! Bake at 325 for about 1 hour until a toothpick comes out clean. Turn onto wire rack after about 15 minutes and cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:
Beat together 1 stick of room temp butter with 4 ounces of softened cream cheese. Add in 1/4 cup cookie butter, a few tablespoons of 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 and 3/4 cup confectioners sugar. Beat until creamy. Frost the cake when it is totally cool!
