My peanut butter cookies are stuffed and topped and MASSIVE. So much L❤️VE to you all. SET YOUR OVEN TO 325 DEGREES. LINE TWO BAKING SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT OR A SILPAT. INGREDIENTS: 1 CUP COLD, UNSALTED BUTTER 1 AND 1/2 CUPS CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER 1 AND 1/2 CUPS LIGHT BROWN SUGAR 1 AND 1/2 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR 2 LARGE EGGS 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA BEAN PASTE 1/2 TEASPOON SALT 2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA 3 AND 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 12 PEANUT BUTTER CUPS M AND M’S FOR TOPPING TOPPING DIRECTIONS: IN THE BOWL OF YOUR MIXER, BEAT THE BUTTER AND PEANUT BUTTER UNTIL COMBINED AND FLUFFY ADD IN THE VANILLA AND SUGARS AND BEAT UNTIL COMBINED ADD IN THE EGGS ONE AT A TIME, SCRAPING DOWN THE BOWL ADD IN THE SALT AND BAKING SODA AND COMBINED ADD IN THE FLOUR SLOWLY AND MIX UNTIL THE DOUGH COMES TOGETHER. WITH A LARGE ICE CREAM SCOOP, SCOOP BALLS OF DOUGH PRESS IN THE CENTER OF THE DOUGH AND PLACE A PEANUT BUTTER CUP THERE GENTLY PRESS THE DOUGH AROUND THE PB CUP, THEN ROLL IT INTO A BALL PRESS AS MANY M&M’S AS YOU LIKE ON TOP. I LIKE TO COVER THE ENTIRE BALL OF DOUGH PLACE 6 BALLS OF DOUGH PER BAKING SHEET AND PUT IN THE FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING BAKE FOR 20-22 MINUTES, THEN LEAVE ON THE PAN FOR 30 MINUTES COOL ON A BAKING RACK AND PLACE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER FOR A FEW DAYS. FREEZE ANY LEFTOVERS FOR UP TO A MONTH
