I adapted the recipe from @piesandtacos by toasting the pecans before they went in the caramel to boost the flavor, but I have no doubt this is a fabulous recipe!!! Here’s my recipe!! ❤️❤️❤️INGREDIENTS: 8 OUNCES ORGANIC VALLEY CREAM CHEESE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE 1 CUP DIXIE CRYSTALS CONFECTIONERS SUGAR 1 TABLESPOON NIELSEN MASSEY VANILLA BEAN PASTE OR EXTRACT 2 CUPS ORGANIC VALLEY HEAVY CREAM DIRECTIONS: PLACE YOUR MIXING BOWL AND WHISK IN THE FREEZER FOR AN HOUR OR UNTIL THEY ARE VERY COLD. IN THE BOWL OF YOUR MIXER, PLACE THE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE AND POWDERED SUGAR. WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.. ADD IN THE VANILLA AND BLEND. SLOWLY ADD IN THE HEAVY CREAM AND GRADUALLY TURN UP THE MIXER UNTIL YOU GET STIFF PEAKS. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER BEAT THE CREAM OR YOU WILL END UP WITH BUTTER :) KEEP IN THE FRIDGE FOR UP TO A FEW DAYS IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER. ENJOY!!
