    Here is the BEST chocolate fudge cookie you will e Here is the BEST chocolate fudge cookie you will ever taste!! You can thank me later 💙. INGREDIENTS:

1.5 CUPS UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER

3 CUPS SUGAR

1 AND 1/2 CUPS MELTED BUTTER

9 TABLESPOONS CANOLA OIL

3 EGGS

2 TEASPOONS VANILLA BEAN PASTE

4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1.5 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER

1 AND 1/4 TEASPOONS SALT

11 OUNCE BAG OF WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS

11 OUNCE BAG MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

24 WHITE CHOCOLATE/OREO PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

CHOPPED OREOS FOR TOPPING EACH COOKIE

DIRECTIONS:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES AND LINE 4 PANS WITH PARCHMENT OR SILPATS. I USE NON STICK ENGLISH MUFFIN ROUNDS TO BAKE MY COOKIES IN. 

MIX TOGETHER ALL DRY INGREDIENTS AND SET ASIDE.

IN YOUR MIXING BOWL, STIR TOGETHER ALL OF THE WET INGREDIENTS AND THEN COMBINE WITH THE DRY.

USE A LARGE ICE CREAM SCOOP TO SCOOP ABOUT 24 LARGE BALLS OF DOUGH. FLATTEN EACH DOUGH BALL AND WRAP IT AROUND THE PEANUT BUTTER CUP. PLACE IN THE CENTER OF THE MOLD
BAKE AT 325 FOR ABOUT 14 TO 18 MINUTES.

COOL IN THE ROUNDS FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND MOVE TO COOLING RACK

STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER
    Just another day in spinal surgery recovery, and I Just another day in spinal surgery recovery, and I haven’t been able to bake, BUT, I did create an incredible no bake treat that will blow your mind! (PS, I hate Rice Krispie treats, but these aren’t made with the same ingredients and are so delicious !!!) ENJOY💕NGREDIENTS:

4 CUPS RICE KRISPIES
2 CUPS SALTED PEANUTS
1 CUP SMOOTH PEANUT BUTTER
1 CUP LIGHT CORN SYRUP
1 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
2 TEASPOONS VANILLA BEAN PASTE
1 AND 1/4 CUP MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 AND 1/4 CUP BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS

DIRECTIONS:

MIX RICE KRISPIES AND PEANUTS IN LARGE BOWL
OVER A LOW HEAT, MELT TOGETHER THE PEANUT BUTTER, CORN SYRUP, VANILLA PASTE AND BROWN SUGAR. DO NOT BOIL, BUT MAKE SURE ALL INGREDIENTS ARE MELTED 

POUR OVER THE RICE KRISPIES AND PEANUTS AND MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED

PAT INTO A 13X9 PAN LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER

I USE A PIECE OF WAX PAPER TO SMOOTH OUT THE MIXTURE

MELT THE MILK CHOCOLATE AND BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS IN THE MICROWAVE OR STOVE TOP AND POUR OVER THE RICK KRISPIE MIXTURE.

CHILL UNTIL THE TOPPING HAS SET. 

CUT INTO SQUARES AND KEEP IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE FOR UP TO A WEEK!

    Name one thing better than a cream cheese pound ca Name one thing better than a cream cheese pound cake enrobed in caramel sauce…I’ll wait 🧐 I partnered with @oldcountrykitchenware to create a magical cake in their extra large Bundt pan!! Their recipe and instructions are on their website and social media pages. I made a caramel sauce using 2 cups  @kraft_brand caramels and 1 cup heavy cream melted in the microwave. Pour over the cooled cake, and you have dessert perfection !!!

It’s THE most delicious applesauce cake that also has apple cider, topped with a rich and sweet cream cheese frosting made with reduced apple cider !!!!
