I have loved baking as long as I can remember. One of my first memories as a child was at the age of 5, watching my Father walk across the lawn carrying an Easy Bake Oven in his arms, and jumping up and down with joy.

This cake blows my mind every time I make it, and my hubby was absolutely in love 😻 I used @hersheys perfectly chocolate cake recipe, and baked it in 3 @wiltoncakes heart shaped pans ❤️ Then I made my stabilized whipped cream icing by beating 2 cups of powdered sugar with 4 teaspoons of @nielsenmassey vanilla bean paste, 2. 8 ounce blocks of @organicvalley softened cream cheese and 4 cups of @organicvalley heavy cream. Beat all the ingredients until stiff peaks form and frost the cake after it has cooled and been refrigerated for at least an hour. Keep in the fridge until ready to slice 🎂

I’m so excited FALL BAKING is finally here. I don’t even care that it’s 90 degrees outside and feels like summer still ! I’m going to bust out all my Fall recipes and create a bunch of new ones too. I took my oatmeal fudge bars and added a layer of @werthersoriginalus pumpkin caramel and they’re SUBLIME!!! I posted the recipe here last year, but I’ll find it again if you’d like it.
