    A day in my life, or what it’s like trying to rest A day in my life, or what it’s like trying to rest a creative brain. 🧐😶‍🌫️ I get happy thinking of all of the creative recipes I want to create, and then I just can’t shut my mind off. Anyone else have this problem?
    There are few things I love more than a Jewish sou There are few things I love more than a Jewish sour cream coffee cake, and mine is better than any of them, if I do say so myself. 😀 My recovery is going very slowly, and I won’t be baking for a bit, but this will be one of the first things I do make when I can, and will post my recipe before if anyone would like it. 🩷 Also, thank you to everyone who has checked on me and sent me the kindest messages. I appreciate you more than you know 🩷🩷🩷

    🎉🎉🎉🎉MY BABY GIRL GOT MARRIED YESTERDAY TO MY WONDE 🎉🎉🎉🎉MY BABY GIRL GOT MARRIED YESTERDAY TO MY WONDERFUL SON IN LAW!!! I had to put it in all caps because I’m so excited for these two people I love so much !!! They eloped at the gorgeous @burgenstockresort in Switzerland, and we are all over the moon for these two. The only thing getting me through this surgery is knowing this was happening and the thought of lots of grandbabies !!! I love you more than I can say @bryndaylor and @elitravelguy ❤️❤️❤️

    Did you know it was national pound cake day? A gre Did you know it was national pound cake day? A great pound cake is such a treat and making a jumbo sized one is so much fun. I used @oldcountrykitchenware pan and recipe for their cream cheese pound cake with a caramel glaze !!! Check out their page because they’re having a great giveaway today. Now, who wants to bake me one and drop it off at my house ? 😀

    Want vs need. 🍰 Right now, I’m giving into all my Want vs need. 🍰 Right now, I’m giving into all my wants. 😀 I filled my freezer with lots of my baked goods knowing I wouldn’t be able to bake for a few weeks after my surgery. Every day I look at my treats, and it’s the only thing keeping me going….that, and all of the wonderful people checking in on me every day. Surgery recovery can be very tough on your mental health. Thank you to everyone who has shown me love during this really hard time. ❤️❤️❤️
