My rich brownie cups are topped with a marshmallow buttercream, a luscious fudge ganache, and some swirls reminiscent of a particular brand’s cupcake. Now I’m stumped about what to call them? Help me decide and I’ll send you a prize package !!! 🍫🍫🍫

I created a fudge brownie, topped it with my marshmallow buttercream, a rich chocolate ganache and more buttercream swirls. Beats any childhood treat you’ve ever eaten that looks like this 😀.     We are ok, but many of my fellow Floridians aren’t. There are just so many direct strikes a state can take, so today I’m easing my anxiety by working on a client’s project. Wait until you see what I’m up to. Let me know how you’re all doing. Big hugs.

Immersing my self in delicious food so I’m laser focused on the task at hand. These yummy dishes are chicken and noodles in a creamy sauce with peas, carrots and onions and cheese drop biscuits.
