I absolutely love what I do, and I also LOVE supporting other entrepreneurs by sharing the ways in which I grew my followers organically and learned to work with the most amazing brands. I didn’t shoot my prop room because it’s got so much in there at the moment (oh, the life of a pro baker)!! We sized down from almost 5k square feet to about 3200, and all one floor living !!my husband and I decorated it together 💙

    As promised, my latest creation featuring @general As promised, my latest creation featuring @generalmills @bettycrocker and @annieshomegrown cereal!!! You’re going to need these for your Spring cookie lineup! 💛FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BACK OF A BAG OF BETTY CROCKER’S LEMON CRINKLE COOKIE MIX. ADD 1 CUP OF WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS IF DESIRED. SCOOP INTO LARGE BALLS AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 14-16 MINUTES ON 325 DEGREES, OR UNTIL LIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN. COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE FROSTING

CEREAL MILK BUTTERCREAM:

2 CUPS OF YOUR FAVORITE @generalmills CEREAL

1 CUP HALF AND HALF

1 CUP SOFTENED, UNSALTED BUTTER

2 TEASPOONS VANILLA BEAN PASTE

4 TO 4 & 1/2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR

HALF AND HALF AS NEEDED FOR DESIRED CONSISTENCY

PINCH OF SALT

DIRECTIONS:

POUR 1 CUP HALF AND HALF OVER CEREAL AND LET IT STEEP FOR 25 MINUTES. DRAIN THE CEREAL AND RESERVE THE HALF AND HALF. YOU’LL ONLY USE THE HALF AND HALF, NOT THE CEREAL IN THE FROSTING

PLACE BUTTER IN YOUR MIXING BOWL AND MIX THE BUTTER, VANILLA AND HALF AND HALF FROM THE STEEPED CEREAL.

ADD IN THE CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND WHIP THE FROSTING UNTIL IT’S CREAMY AND LIGHT.  IF IT’S TOO STIFF, YOU MAY ADD MORE HALF AND HALF . ADD A FEW DROPS OF YELLOW FOOD COLORING IF DESIRED. 

USE A STAR OR LARGE ROUND TIP TO PIPE ON TOP OF COOLED COOKIES. SPRINKLE @bettycrocker LEMON SANDING SUGAR ON TOP, ALONG WITH MORE CERAL PIECES IF DESIRED!
