    So, the time has almost come for this baker girl t So, the time has almost come for this baker girl to have another back surgery. 😔 It’s definitely no secret that you all know that all of my years as a high impact, competitive athlete started affecting me as early as my 30s, but I’ve always been good at pushing through pain. I pray this surgery allows me to have a lot less pain so I can keep doing all of the things that I love. So, I hope you’ll say a collective prayer for me on the 25th!! I feel all the love and kindness you send my way every single day 🩷🩷🩷

If you haven’t been to one of their locations, you need to go. My family came to visit from NYC, and we feasted on assorted bagels, different flavors of cream cheese, tuna and egg salad, and the most delicious lox too!!! I threw in some of my baked goods, and everyone was pretty darn happy!!! Stay tuned for some giveaways too
    My Mom’s birthday is this week, and my brother and My Mom’s birthday is this week, and my brother and sis in law are coming in from NYC to celebrate. I spent the whole day making this yellow cake with THE silkiest buttercream ever, and I think it came out so cute. I cherish every day I have to spend with my mom, as she turns 89. I pray we have many more years together. ❤️

As you all know, baking is my love language, and my chocolate layer cake is the perfect way to say I love you ❤️. Get the recipe on my blog, then frost and filled it with a whipped cream frosting that makes this cake even better. Here’s what you’ll need to make it: 1 package cream cheese 8oz package, softened ▢ 1 cup powdered sugar ▢ 1 tbsp vanilla extract ▢ 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold. In your mixing bowl with a whisk attachment, whip the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla until combined. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form. Keep cold until you’re ready to frost the cake!! ENJOY ❤️❤️❤️❤️
    So, I decided to take @bettycrocker strawberry cak So, I decided to take @bettycrocker strawberry cake mix, add a stick of melted butter and an egg, press half of the dough into a pan, pour over half a can of condensed milk and a cup of white or semi sweet chocolate chips, then scatter the rest of the dough on top and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes ! I then took a can of @bettycrocker whipped frosting and put it in the microwave for 20 seconds and poured it over the cake when it was still warm, AND added heart sprinkles !!! I got way too excited about devouring it, and probably should have waited until it was cooled to pour the frosting on top 😀 You need to try this for your sweetie ❤️❤️

Even Booker got a treat from @bluebuffalo inside and he’s a happy little man 🐶❤️. I treated myself to a giant bowl of strawberry Cinnamon Toast Crunch with cashew milk, and omg was it delicious!! I’m going to be creating an amazing treat with the strawberry cake mix, so stay tuned! ❤️❤️❤️
