    As promised, here is the recipe for my pumpkin bre As promised, here is the recipe for my pumpkin bread with spiced streusel, and a maple cream glaze !! Let me know if you get to make it and love it as much as I do 🎃🧡🎃🧡. INGREDIENTS:

1, 15 OUNCE CAN PUMPKIN PUREE

4 LARGE ORGANIC VALLEY EGGS

1 CUP CANOLA OIL

2 TEASPOONS NIELSEN MASSEY VANILLA EXTRACT

2/3 CUP WATER

3 CUPS DIXIE CRYSTALS GRANULATED SUGAR

1 AND 3/4 TEASPOON SALT

2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA

2 TEASPOONS CINNAMON

1 TEASPOON PUMPKIN PIE SPICE

3 AND 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

STREUSEL:

1/2 CUP SOFTENED ORGANIC VALLEY BUTTER

1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/2 CUP DIXIE CRYSTALS BROWN SUGAR

4 AND 1/2 TABLESPOONS DIXIE CRYSTALS GRANULATED SUGAR

1 AND 1/2 TEASPOONS PUMPKIN PIE SPICE

MAPLE GLAZE:

1 AND 3/4 CUPS DIXIE CRYSTALS CONFECTIONERS SUGAR

1/2 CUP MAPLE SYRUP

1/2 TEASPOON NIELSEN MASSEY VANILLA

2 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC VALLEY HALF AND HALF

DIRECTIONS:

PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. SPRAY TWO 9X5 LOAF PANS WITH NON STICK SPRAY, THEN LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. SET ASIDE.

IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER YOUR PUMPKIN, EGGS, OIL, VANILLA AND WATER UNTIL COMBINED.

ADD IN YOUR SPICES, SALT, SODA AND SUGAR. WHISK UNTIL COMBINED.

ADD IN YOUR FLOUR AND STIR UNTIL BLENDED.

DIVIDE EQUALLY AND POUR INTO YOUR PANS.

MIX ALL THE STREUSEL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF BATTER

BAKE FOR 45-50 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TESTER COMES OUT CLEAN

LET COOL IN THE PAN FOR 15 MINUTES AND PLACE ON A WIRE RACK WITH A PAN UNDERNEATH TO CATCH THE REMAINING GLAZE.

MAKE THE GLAZE BY WHISKING ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL.

LET SIT AS IT THICKENS.

POUR OVER COOLED LOAVES

PLACE UNDER A CAKE DOME FOR UP TO 2 DAYS.

FREEZE ANY LEFTOVERS BY WRAPPING IN WAX PAPER AND FOIL

As you guys know, I love BIG desserts, so this time I decided to take my chocolate chip cookie dough, layered with marshmallow bunnies and topped with milk chocolate eggs 🥚 I love using seasonal candy to make new and fun recipes, and I’ve got so many new desserts to share, so I hope you’re all following my page. 1 & 2/3 CUPS SOFTENED, UNSALTED @ORGANICVALLEY BUTTER

2 CUPS @DIXIECRYSTALS SUGAR

1 TABLESPOON @NIELSENMASSEY VANILLA BEAN PASTE

2 @ORGANICVALLEY EGGS

1 CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER

1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

1 TEASPOON SALT

2 AND 2/3 ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1, 11.5 OUNCE BAG MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

1, 11.5 OUNCE BAG SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

4, 10 OUNCE BAGS OF @M&MS CHOCOLATE CANDIES

DIRECTIONS:

PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 325 DEGREES. LINE 4 BAKING PANS WITH SILICONE MATS OR PARCHMENT PAPER AND SET ASIDE.

IN THE BOWL OF YOUR STAND MIXER, MIX THE BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.

ADD IN YOUR EGGS, ONE AT A TIME. ADD IN THE VANILLA AND COMBINE.

ADD IN YOUR BAKING POWDER AND SALT AND COMBINE.

ADD IN COCOA SLOWLY AND MIX UNTIL COMBINED. 

SLOWLY ADD IN YOUR FLOUR AND MIX UNTIL JUST COMBINED.

ADD IN YOUR CHOCOLATE CHIPS UNTIL FULLY INCORPORATED.

USING A LARGER COOKIE SCOOP, (MINE IS ABOUT 4 OUNCES), SCOOP THE DOUGH INTO BALLS.

PLACE YOUR M&Ms IN A BOWL AND ROLL THE DOUGH BALLS INTO THE CANDIES. MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE CANDIES STICK TO THE DOUGH.

PLACE 5 DOUGH BALLS ONTO EACH PAN. THEY WILL SPREAD QUITE A BIT.

BAKE FOR ABOUT 18 MINUTES. DO NOT OVER BAKE. 

LET COOL FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE MOVING FROM THE PAN.

I took my triple chocolate cookie dough and rolled them in @mmschocolate Halloween candies!!! Now waiting to see how they turned out. I’m never quite sure until they are out of the oven and cooled so I can eat a whole bunch! 😋 Now, which one of you would like to be my taste tester ? 👻 🧙 🍫 🍪
