Self proclaimed obsessed dessert creator, animal lover, happy wife and Mama, equality ally, traveler and creative soul.     As promised, here is the recipe for my pumpkin bre As promised, here is the recipe for my pumpkin bread with spiced streusel, and a maple cream glaze !! Let me know if you get to make it and love it as much as I do ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿงก๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿงก. INGREDIENTS:

1, 15 OUNCE CAN PUMPKIN PUREE

4 LARGE ORGANIC VALLEY EGGS

1 CUP CANOLA OIL

2 TEASPOONS NIELSEN MASSEY VANILLA EXTRACT

2/3 CUP WATER

3 CUPS DIXIE CRYSTALS GRANULATED SUGAR

1 AND 3/4 TEASPOON SALT

2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA

2 TEASPOONS CINNAMON

1 TEASPOON PUMPKIN PIE SPICE

3 AND 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

STREUSEL:

1/2 CUP SOFTENED ORGANIC VALLEY BUTTER

1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/2 CUP DIXIE CRYSTALS BROWN SUGAR

4 AND 1/2 TABLESPOONS DIXIE CRYSTALS GRANULATED SUGAR

1 AND 1/2 TEASPOONS PUMPKIN PIE SPICE

MAPLE GLAZE:

1 AND 3/4 CUPS DIXIE CRYSTALS CONFECTIONERS SUGAR

1/2 CUP MAPLE SYRUP

1/2 TEASPOON NIELSEN MASSEY VANILLA

2 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC VALLEY HALF AND HALF

DIRECTIONS:

PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. SPRAY TWO 9X5 LOAF PANS WITH NON STICK SPRAY, THEN LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. SET ASIDE.

IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER YOUR PUMPKIN, EGGS, OIL, VANILLA AND WATER UNTIL COMBINED.

ADD IN YOUR SPICES, SALT, SODA AND SUGAR. WHISK UNTIL COMBINED.

ADD IN YOUR FLOUR AND STIR UNTIL BLENDED.

DIVIDE EQUALLY AND POUR INTO YOUR PANS.

MIX ALL THE STREUSEL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF BATTER

BAKE FOR 45-50 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TESTER COMES OUT CLEAN

LET COOL IN THE PAN FOR 15 MINUTES AND PLACE ON A WIRE RACK WITH A PAN UNDERNEATH TO CATCH THE REMAINING GLAZE.

MAKE THE GLAZE BY WHISKING ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL.

LET SIT AS IT THICKENS.

POUR OVER COOLED LOAVES

PLACE UNDER A CAKE DOME FOR UP TO 2 DAYS.

FREEZE ANY LEFTOVERS BY WRAPPING IN WAX PAPER AND FOIL
