    I have to say that this cake is by far one of my m I have to say that this cake is by far one of my most favorite new recipe creations !!! 🫐🫐🫐 This blueberry cream cheese coffee cake has a layer of sweet cream cheese, @lucky_leaf_fruit_filling blueberry filling, and is topped with the perfect streusel and vanilla bean glaze.     Hands down, this is the best bar cookie you will e Hands down, this is the best bar cookie you will ever eat!!! I decided to use Heath bars and break them up in the batter, then chop them and place them on top in larger pieces and it took this over the top. Here’s how to make them: LINE A 13x9” PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AND SET ASIDE. PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 325 DEGREES. 
INGREDIENTS:

3 STICKS UNSALTED, COOL BUTTER

1 AND 1/4 CUPS LIGHT BROWN SUGAR

1 AND 1/4 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR

2 EGGS

1 TABLESPOON VANILLA BEAN PASTE

1 TEASPOON SALT

2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA

4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

2 CUPS MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

2 CUPS SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

2 CUPS PEANUT BUTTER CHIPS

1 CUP HEATH BARS CRUSHED PLUS MORE CHOPPED FOR TOPPING. 

MORE CHOCOLATE CHIPS FOR TOPPING THE BARS IF DESIRED. ABOUT 15 REESES PB CUPS FOR PLACING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BARS.  Directions : N THE BOWL OF YOUR MIXER, BEAT TOGETHER THE BUTTER AND SUGARS UNTIL COMBINED.

ADD IN THE VANILLA BEAN PASTE AND EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, SCRAPING DOWN THE BOWL

ADD IN THE SALT, BAKING POWDER AND FLOUR, ONE CUP AT A TIME. MIX TO COMBINE.

ADD IN ALL THE CHIPS AND HEATH BITS AND COMBINE. DIVIDE THE DOUGH IN HALF. PLACE REESES IN ROWS. COVER  WITH OVER HALF OF THE  DOUGH. TOP WITH MORE CHIPS AND TOFFEE PIECES IF DESIRED. BAKE FOR 25 to 30 MINUTES OR LIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN. LET SIT FOR 30 MINS THEN CUT WARM OR CHILL FOR AN HOUR BEFORE CUTTING.
